Regulations for RMA form’s drawing up

Read Carefully the following regulations before filling out the form.

  1. After having filled out the following form, the service centre will send you via e-mail the RMA number to be indicated on your delivery note of the product.
  2. In case of repair, it is always required to attach to the shipment copy of our sales invoice.
  3. The delivery to our company for repair is always at your charge. If the repair of the product is not covered under warranty, you will bear also the return freight cost.
  4. The warranty status of the product is established from our service centre after checking the product.
  5. Your delivery note must always be attached to the product.
  6. After repair if not under warranty, the product will be returned on a prepayment basis of the repair cost.
  7. One RMA form has to be filled out for every product to be repaired.
