After having filled out the following form, our customer service Dptm will send by e-mail or fax the RMA number, which has to be written in the product delivery sheet.. A copy of our sales invoice has always to be sent together with the shipment of product in repair. The delivery to our company of products in repair is always at your charge . If the product is not under warranty ,even the return freight cost will be at your charge. Our Customer Service Dptm will establish the warranty status after checking the product. Your delivery note must always be attached to the product. If not under warranty , the product willl be returned repaired after payment in advance. A specific RMA form has to be filled out for each product in repair .
